From May to June, we carried out an activity regarding the rationalization proposal. The main focuses are shown as follows:

The improvement of production technology ,processes and instruments;

The improvement of safety technology and labor protection;

The measures to save various raw & auxiliary materials and energy;

The improvement of products quality;

Technology promotion and application;

The innovation and implementation of modern company management methods.

According to the four criteria of importance, practicability, efficiency and applicability, prizes were awarded to the stand out staffs.
